10:00am: Depart Battle Creek (Davidson building)
10:45 am: Depart Coldwater (Coldwater High School)
12:30pm: Lunch on the road (on your own)
3:00pm: Check into hotel/ Free time
6:00pm: Dinner ( group meal)
6/13/08 (Friday)
10:00am: Breakfast (on your own)
11:00am: Free time
12:30pm: board the bus for the Museum
1:30pm: Sound check/rehearsal
2:00pm: Concert #1 (Columbus Museum of Art)
3:00pm: Museum tour
5:00pm: Dinner (on your own)/ Free time
6/14/08 (Saturday)
8:00am: Checkout/Depart hotel for Indianapolis (snacks on bus)
11:00am: Lunch on the road (on your own)
12:30pm: Arrive at concert venue (Indianapolis Arts garden)
1:00pm: Sound check/rehearsal
1:30pm: Concert #2 (Indianapolis Arts garden)
2:30pm: Load bus and depart for Elgin, IL
5:00pm: Dinner on the road
7:00pm: Check into hotel/ Free evening (OVERNIGHT)
6/15/08 (Sunday)
7:30am: Breakfast (on your own)
8:30am: Load bus/checkout of hotel
9:00am: Arrive at First Presbyterian Church
9:30am: Service (choir sings three selections)
12:00pm: Choir luncheon
1:00pm: Concert #3 (First Presbyterian Church, Elgin)
2:00pm: Depart for downtown Chicago
3:00pm: dinner/free time (on your own)
6:00pm: Depart for Coldwater
10:00pm Arrive in Battle Creek
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Complete your tour contract and return it to Gerald Blanchard by the due date.
Plan ahead! Make sure you have taken the appropriate steps to clearing your work and class schedule during the tour period.
Put aside funds for spending and meals while on tour. Although the schedule is pretty compact, time is still set aside for leisure activity.
If you have special dietary concerns, please be sure to put it in writing and attach it to your tour contract.
Bring all medications and appropriate paperwork with you on the trip.
Be sure to supply the director with a list of emergency contact numbers.
Make sure you bring all music, your folder and your full choir uniform.
Please pack lightly. Only bring those items which are of necessity on the trip.

$150 per person (singers) and $200 for non performers
If you are planning to bring a significant other or family member, you must notify the director no later than January 1st as there are limited seats available for this trip.
Please note you will be responsible for your own meals with the exception of the one “Group Meal.”

Choir Tour Scholarship Assistance:
If you are in need of a tour scholarship, you must submit your request to the director by January 1, 2008. Funds are extremely limited (only 5 scholarships available) and are distributed on a as needed basis. The maximum scholarship amount is $75 or %50 of your tour fee. Email requests are not accepted. It is our desire that every qualified singer be able to participate on this choir tour.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need and must be approved by the director.
